Roos Engineering Ltd. Acquires SCS Materials Engineers Ltd.

Louise Roos, P. Eng and Craig Sanderson, Ph.D, P.Eng are pleased to announce that Roos Engineering, Ltd. has acquired SCS Materials Engineers Ltd and will become a division of Roos Engineering, Ltd. This will become effective September 1, 2019.

Our engineering practices have large areas of overlap and will be complementary.

The additional range of expertise that Roos Engineering, Ltd. will provide includes structural, design and welding, lifting equipment, structure inspections and certification.

Roos Engineering Ltd. and SCS Material Engineers, Ltd. are committed to ensure that all of our client’s projects will continue to meet their Professional Engineering requirements through this transition and in the future.
